Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

Welcome to LeftSaid. These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your use of the LeftSaid app and services. By creating an account or using LeftSaid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use LeftSaid. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

You are responsible for the voice drops and other content you create. You agree not to post, and LeftSaid does not tolerate:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• Sexual content involving minors, and graphic sexual content.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Spam, impersonation, or content that infringes others’ rights.

New public drops are screened before they become visible to anyone other than their author. Content that cannot be cleared is withheld from public view and may be routed for human review.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Every drop can be reported from its ••• menu. Reported content that crosses our thresholds is removed from public view, and we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Blocking

You can block any user from their profile. Blocking is bidirectional: neither of you will see the other’s content or be able to interact.

5. No Tolerance Enforcement

Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice. We reserve the right to remove any content and to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

6. Location and Health Data

LeftSaid uses your location to place and discover drops. With your permission, it may read your current State of Mind from Apple Health to add optional mood context to a drop. You control these permissions in iOS Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

7. License

Subject to these Terms, LeftSaid grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant LeftSaid the rights needed to host, display, and deliver that content to other users as part of the service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LeftSaid is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeftSaid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LeftSaid after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
